These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Keysun Systems LLC and the keysunsystems.com website. By engaging our services, signing a proposal, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Agreement to Terms
By using our services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Keysun Systems LLC provides digital marketing and growth solutions including website development, Google Business Profile management, CRM setup, marketing automation, paid advertising management, and monthly performance reporting. The specific scope of services for each client is outlined in the signed proposal.
Payment
A one-time setup fee is due prior to the start of any work. Monthly retainer fees are billed on a recurring basis and are due on the same date each month. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in a pause or termination of services.
Refund Policy
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you are dissatisfied with any deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue. Monthly retainer fees are not refunded for partial months.
Term and Termination
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all client-owned assets including website files, Google Business Profile access, and CRM data will be returned to the client.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide timely access to necessary accounts and information required to deliver services, respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe, and provide accurate business information. Delays caused by the client may affect agreed delivery timelines.
Ownership of Assets
All website files, content, and accounts created on behalf of the client remain the property of the client. Keysun Systems LLC retains ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or systems used in service delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Keysun Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific results such as a defined number of leads, calls, or revenue.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
